KlipZi

Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 July 2026

This policy explains how KlipZi handles information connected with this webinar funnel, the workshop offer and related support.

Information we collect

When you register, we collect your name, email address, timezone, session choice and basic technical information used for security and delivery. If you watch the workshop, we record playback progress and offer interactions. If you purchase, Stripe processes the payment and returns transaction identifiers and payment status to us; we do not store full card details.

How we use it

We use registration data to provide the workshop, send the confirmation and reminders you requested, answer questions, prevent abuse, measure funnel performance and fulfil purchases. Optional KlipZi marketing is sent only when you tick the separate consent box.

Service providers

We use specialist providers including Supabase for application data and authentication, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments and our hosting and analytics providers. They process data only as needed to supply those services and under their own security and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

We retain registration, attendance, support and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Private workshop links are signed, only their cryptographic hashes are stored, and access to operational records is restricted to authorised administrators.

Your choices and rights

Every reminder email includes a link to stop webinar reminders. Optional marketing can be unsubscribed separately. Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal data, or object to certain processing. Transaction and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
